The school is situated in a capital city urban residential environment 5km from the city centre, and is adjacent to the Yeronga State High School, the Yeronga College of TAFE, the Yeronga Public Swimming Pool and extensive parklands. The new curriculum will be a framework that is flexible and responds to the challenge of preparing students to participate and communicate in new and complex social, cultural and economic futures.

We are a community-run, non-for-profit kindergarten offering an approved kindergarten program by qualified early childhood teachers specifically designed for pre-prep children. Our kindergarten was set up in 1949 and has been nurturing and educating pre-school age children in the local community for over 60 years. Since 2011 we have been affiliated with The Gowrie (QLD) Inc as our Central Governing Body. We have 2 classrooms, with each room hosting 2 groups of 22 children per week and an enrollment capacity of 88 children per year. We have long-established relationships with all local schools and are able to prepare our children for an easy transition into the formal school environment.
