For over forty five years Phoenix P12 Community College (formerly Sebastopol College) has served the Ballarat community through the provision of quality education programs. The College is committed to ensuring that students are given every opportunity to achieve their potential within the College environment. Emphasis is placed on all students participating in the wide range of curricula and co-curricula activities offered by the College. The welfare of individual students is well supported through established structures within the College organisation.

At Sebastopol Primary School we offer a comprehensive curriculum with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy. We pride ourselves on the effective partnerships we build with children, parents and teachers all working together to achieve success. We also have a comprehensive program for students with disabilities, and work hard to cater for the needs of students with a vast range of abilities.

Our focus on reading, writing and mathematics is complimented by a commitment to offer our students rich cultural experiences and a broad range of excursions, activities and camps.

St. James' School is a very special place.

A great school spirit exists and the buildings and grounds provide wonderful facilities. We are a community which warmly welcomes student enrolments from all faith backgrounds. We aim to provide for the children a living example of a Christian way of life as they learn, grow and develop within a caring community. We strive to follow Jesus' example of how to live and work together - hence our school motto "Christ is our Light."

Guided Tours are available each Wednesday of the term during school hours.
