Situated in the leafy northern Sydney suburb of Hornsby, approximately 30km from the centre of the city, Hornsby North Public School provides an excellent all-round education for students aged 5 years of age to 12 years of age in Kindergarten through to Year 6.

Clarke Road School is a NSW Department of Education and Training Special School. It is situated in leafy Clarke Road approximately 10 minutes south of Hornsby shopping centre and opposite Hornsby South Primary School. It is part of the Hornsby School Education Area.
Our school provides individualised programs for students, aged from 4 to 18 years, with moderate or severe intellectual disabilities and physical disabilities. In the senior years there is an emphasis on preparation for life beyond school. This is supported by a wide variety of community access programs in the junior years. We have a proud record in sporting achievements, community participation and work experience.
Students at our school are taught by trained, experienced Special Education Teachers and School Learning Support Officiers. Clarke Road School has an active and enthusiastic Parent and Citizen association and School Council. We liaise closely with families in designing the optimal individual education program for each student. We have the support of a school Counsellor and access therapists through the local area School Age Therapy Team (DADHC).
School facilities include a home technology kitchen and computer area, visual arts room, library resource room, trampolines, heated, covered swimming pool, half size tennis court, well-equiped sensory area and two school buses to support our programs.
