West Greenwood Primary School, located in the northern suburb of Greenwood, is approximately seventeen kilometres from the central city of Perth. The school was established in the seventies and is conveniently located adjacent to the Mitchell Freeway, Joondalup rail line and next door to Greenwood Senior High School with whom the school shares close links. An increasing number of people are seeking housing in Greenwood, which is a well established garden suburb offering a wide range of facilities including shopping centres, parks, public transport, an excellent public high school, many churches and community organisations.

Greenwood Primary School is located in the northern suburbs (15 km from the CBD). It commenced in 2008 due to the amalgamation of Allenswood and East Greenwood Primary Schools. 2010 was a year of great change for Greenwood Primary School. At the commencement of term 4 we moved into our new school in Merivale Way, Greenwood.
